Booking and Payment: All training programs require advance booking and payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled training. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.

Attendance: Regular attendance is required for certification programs. Missed sessions may need to be made up at additional cost.

Materials: Training materials and equipment are provided during sessions but remain the property of Mushroom Seed Nepal.

Product Quality: We strive to provide high-quality mushroom spawn and products. However, success in mushroom cultivation depends on many factors including environmental conditions and proper technique.

Shipping: Products are shipped at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for delays or damage during transit.

Returns: Due to the biological nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless products are defective upon arrival.

Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on our products for viability upon delivery, subject to proper storage and handling.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Mushroom Seed Nepal and Research Center or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

Research data and methodologies developed in collaboration remain subject to separate agreements and intellectual property arrangements.

Mushroom Seed Nepal and Research Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
